Kelowna Vision Therapy

Vision therapy and neuro-visual rehabilitation have been Dr. Rollett’s passions since the beginning of his optometric career in 2011. Having suffered from convergence insufficiency throughout his youth, Dr. Rollett has personally experienced the immense benefits of vision therapy. After completing extensive continuing education in this field and initially offering vision therapy in Newfoundland, his 2013 move to the Okanagan allowed him to bring these services to interior BC. As one of the early pioneers in the industry, Dr. Rollett has seen firsthand the importance of vision therapy and developmental optometry, and has made it his career’s mission to expand awareness of and accessibility to vision therapy for all who need it.

Dr. Daniel Walker brings extensive post-graduate training in Vision Therapy and Rehabilitation, along with the valley’s most comprehensive knowledge in ocular health and nutrition. As a fellow of the Ocular Wellness Nutrition Society (OWNS), a society dedicated to the role of nutrition in the preservation of vision, Dr. Walker is passionate about using nutrition to guide positive visual development, prevention, and recovery.

Dr. Kelly Wawryk brings with her a wealth of knowledge in pediatric optometry and rehabilitation. As one of Canada’s few residency-trained pediatric optometrists, her experience and knowledge is a valuable asset to our team. Dr. Wawryk has also provided care to many University-level athletes and developed a special interest in sports vision training as a result. Her passion and warmth while working with children, athletes and those who have sustained injury is unmatched, and a wonderful addition to our clinic and culture.

With over 20 years of experience in the field of Vision Therapy, there is very little that Loreta can’t take on. She has a gift for developing strong bonds with those she works with and invests wholeheartedly in her patients’ recovery. A great resource for challenging cases and an active contributor to our weekly education sessions, she truly is an invaluable member of our team.

Having worked in both the optometric and educational fields, Lizzy is a double threat in the therapy room. With her in-depth knowledge of optics and childhood development, she is able to connect with and guide a wide variety of clients through their recovery. Lizzy also possesses the office’s only expertise in social media, and we couldn’t be more thankful for that!

Koby is a Certified Personal Trainer who consistently gets the most out of his clients. He has developed a niche in sports performance training, using his skills to help athletes enhance their peripheral vision, reaction time, and other key visual skills that optimize athletic performance. Kobi knows his way around the sports field, thanks to his background playing college football and rugby in the U.S. and a lifetime of athletic experience.

With over a decade of experience working within the pediatric community here in Kelowna, Catherine Brandon, OT, brings a wealth of knowledge, compassion, and expertise to her lead role within our Neurodiversity Department. Her ability to connect with children and bring out the best in them inspires us every day.

Sheri is the glue that holds all administrative elements together across our clinics. The only way we’ve found to get her off track is to ask about her golf course triumphs over her husband, Warren! Pleasant, easygoing, and a natural problem solver, she effortlessly lives up to her “guru” title.

Jessica originally hails from Ottawa but moved to Kelowna for the weather, lifestyle, and an extended pickleball season! Organized, efficient, and a natural planner, she manages billing, bookings, and also heads up Okanagan Vision Therapy’s party planning committee. She ensures everything at OVT runs smoothly, and we’re grateful for her every day.
